Although your craft is your thing, when telling your story, you have to make it about your audience – how your skills can help others by bringing beauty or convenience to their lives. You convince them that they need your skills or services, and that you are the best one to provide it for them. Your brand should help your audience become their own hero.
Do you need a big audience?
Not necessarily. Most people don’t have a huge audience in the beginning – you have to start somewhere. Don’t worry about starting at zero, we all do. Just see it as miles of potential set before you – a challenge to climb higher. The important thing is to start and gain consistency.
